Experiential prototype for fan-facing digital activation

Led an experiential concept exploration, then made a brand safety call to pause launch and protect customer trust.

Concept visualization created for portfolio purposes only. Not an official product prototype or affiliated with any official release.

Challenge

Explore a fan-facing interactive concept while ensuring brand standards, customer perception, and partner expectations stayed intact.

Approach

  • Prototyped an experiential activation flow from onboarding to shareable output.

  • Evaluated creative risk, brand safety, and downstream perception before broad release.

  • Chose not to launch after assessing trade-offs, prioritizing trust and long-term brand equity.

Responsible AI + Brand Safety (why we paused)

  • Evaluated representational risk (biased outputs / inconsistent depiction across diverse inputs).

  • Assessed misuse and safety concerns (impersonation risk, inappropriate outputs, shareability safeguards).

  • Protected privacy by avoiding sensitive personal data and minimizing any data retention needed for prototyping.

  • Implemented human review and clear go/no-go quality thresholds before any broader release.

  • Paused launch when outputs did not consistently meet brand safety standards and customer-trust expectations.

Outcomes

  • Demonstrated executive judgment under ambiguity: building momentum, then making the stop decision when the work did not meet brand safety standards.

  • Captured learnings that informed future experiential and interactive work.

  • Assessed governance, brand safety, and downstream trust implications before release; chose not to launch.
