Scaled a youth-facing community platform by aligning local markets, partners, and experiences to build brand trust and broaden access.

My Role: Standardize platform expansion coordination across local markets,partner teams, community organizations, agencies, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.

Create a consistent community experience that could scale across regions while staying authentic to local partners and participants.

  • Expanded a social impact platform across 10+ local markets and partnerships, building templates teams could reuse.

  • Designed experiential activations that centered youth engagement and partner collaboration.

  • Integrated earned media, local storytelling, and creator and influencer amplification to extend reach and reinforce trust.


Outcomes

  • Accelerated sports access and community programming for 1,300+ youth, establishing a repeatable market template that became a baseline for future scale.
